Burning off the Thanksgiving calories.

Okay, here we go again. Its that time & if your worried about gaining weight don’t worry ! These top 10 tips will help you.

  1. Drink 2 large glasses of water before going to dinner.

  2. allow yourself only 1 dessert choice.

  3. After dinner grab a family member & get outside and take a walk.

  4. Watch out for high calorie hidden foods, like mashed potatoes which are loaded w salt and butter.

  5. Stock up with most wholesome choices first, like any greens ; asparagus, brussell sprouts, salad. then turkey.

  6. Spend quality time with loved ones & converse more than eating :}

  7. Drink choices are important , choose low calorie bubbly flavored soda & if you drinking choose vodka , tequila without mixes which are loaded with calories.

  8. Stick with white meat .

  9. If your preparing stuffing , throw greens in there and less bread.
