Well the good news is , you still have time! heres a checklist to start carving that midsection:

  1. Keep a food log, your going to realize just how much your eating and wilol keep yourself accountable.

  2. Start walking 30 min daily.

  3. Find a picture of yourself when you were in great shape & post it on your fridge as a reminder that EVERYTHING you eat counts!

  4. 2nd month increase wal to 60minutes

  5. Join 24/7 Graviti fitness so you dont have any excuses!
