WHAT IS YOUR GOAL ?

Having a clear goal of what you’d like to accomplish is a start. Next, write down “why” this is important to you, maybe it’s a certain lift that you would like to achieve. A whole new exercise you would like to learn. Whatever the case may be, this goal must really fire you up and motivate & excite you to learn and improve as a whole. The proper planning requires that you schedule it and include a time of when and where, this way it’s hard to back out because your pouring so much support on this goal. Next, set a deadline of when you’d like to accomplish this goal! Add pictures, post everywhere & visualize it already accomplished; actually, see yourself already performing or having accomplished.
